The plastic parts and trims ('|Trims'|) installed on the outside of vehicles fade due to UV radiation and strong chemicals, e.g. in car shampoos. Q²| Trim creates a long-lasting, highly effective filter against the radiation and achieves an impressive colour saturation, which is translated into a matt or satin finish. These effects last for more than 24 months.
Protection against fading is one of the primary features of Q²| Trim. The SiO2-based product enables high-quality protection against oxidation and protects materials against fading caused by chemicals.
Q²| Trim has a formula that allows it to be used on a wide variety of parts: Textured plastic and unpainted, as well as high-gloss piano lacquer surfaces, which are generally the most difficult to maintain, and headlight covers after they have been reconditioned. This universal quality is unique and not found in other products.
The biggest difference between Q²| Trim and other competitive products of this kind is its pure SiO2 base. It does not leave an oily film on the treated surface and bonds firmly to its structure, leaving a thick sealing layer.
The water-repellent effect allows for easy maintenance and eliminates the need for repeated applications of trim dressings.
